Seriously though, it has been a few weeks since the Century and the last organized ride and I'm starting to feel somewhat rested. Enough to be running again at least. So, I'm on week two of my current 16 week running plan. WHY do I start running plans that go thru the holidays?! I think I tried this last year also and had to put off seriuosly running until the beginning of the year...oh wait, that's not tru, I had a stress fracture...yeah, that was it. That was a set back for sure.
So far all is well right now. I haven't experienced any pain in my foot, so I'm going for it! It would have been fun to do the Run Like Hell had we known about it...Sally said it was fun! Maybe next year
Feeling better and having a pretty good time with the running...so all is well.
